Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Linkepix (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Linkepix does

Linkepix helps you create non-photorealistic, illustrated images and short messages for one-to-one professional outreach. The Service runs largely in your own browser and calls third-party AI providers using keys you supply.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You provide and are responsible for your own API keys and any usage charges from AI providers.
  • You will comply with the terms of any platform you use Linkepix alongside (including LinkedIn) and the terms of the AI providers.
  • You will use the Service respectfully: for genuine outreach, not for harassment, deception, impersonation, or to create misleading or harmful content.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every image and message before you send it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to create content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights, and don't attempt to create a real photographic likeness of a specific person. Linkepix is designed for stylized, non-photorealistic illustration only.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the images and messages you generate, subject to the terms of the AI providers that produced them. Because generation happens with your keys and in your browser, you are responsible for how you use the output.

5. Intellectual property

The Linkepix name, logo, site, and software are owned by Linkepix and protected by applicable laws. These terms don't grant you rights to our branding beyond using the Service as intended.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for checking it. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkepix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any third-party AI charges, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
